The course integrates industrial microbiology, enzyme technology, food safety, molecular diagnostics, and bioprocess engineering into a cohesive learning framework.
The course balances foundational theory with state‑of‑the‑art laboratory practice. Participants will master the complete bioproduct pipeline: from isolation of high‑performance industrial strains and production of industrial enzymes, through bioreactor operation, downstream purification and biomaterial synthesis, to molecular and analytical chemistry‑based food safety assurance.
